Week 6 - Birthday Balloons
This past week I celebrated my Aunt's birthday and they had decorated their dining room with lots of colors and flowers, but one of the coolest parts of the decor was the giant balloons they had in the room. The balloons were bigger than me! I didn't even know they made balloons that big, but they had many different colors around the room. At the end of the night we were all kind of goofing off and playing with the balloons and then someone put some of the balloons over the lights in the ceiling and it created a really cool effect that didn't really come out in the picture. Not only did the balloons light up and look cool, but they acted as gels and gave the room a darker blue lighting. The night was really fun and full of family and the the balloons over the lights really gave the room a more quiet and intimate feel that one can associate with a nice quiet and relaxing celebration with family.

Really nice observations! Color has such a strong hold on our emotions as we will look at more soon in class
